Syrah

Syrah, an ancient Persian grapevine, is found in the region around Marsala, where the ideal conditions to fully express its aroma and its unique taste are found. Production is limited to 5,000 bottles a year, and this allows us to carefully monitor all stages of processing.

The grape is harvested early in the morning and destemmed, then left to ferment a few days with the skins. After it is pressed and left to mature naturally.

The Company also produces a white Catarratto, in purity from a native vine that leads to a fragrant and fruity wine.
